4. Lost Parcels:
   - Once we have provided you with a tracking number from Royal Mail, we are not responsible for any lost parcels during transit.
   - If your parcel is lost, please contact Royal Mail with the provided tracking number to initiate an investigation.
   - If Royal Mail confirms that the parcel is lost, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution at wickedtimber tools, which may include a replacement tool or a partial refund.
